2026
About GEht RAus!
GEht RAus! — edition 2026
2026 Edition — 4th Edition
The 4th edition concentrates the festival into a single day with a compact ten-hour running time. Seven top acts from the international techno and house scene will perform on the Sparkassen-Bühne in Hofwiesenpark. Unlike the previous editions in 2024 (Claptone) and 2025 (Fritz Kalkbrenner as the main draw), 2026 focuses more on underground techno with Chris Liebing as the key figure and PAN-POT as Berlin's mainstage guarantors.
Live acts like Henrik Schwarz and the live techno band Komfortrauschen bring the instrumental element to the festival — a bridge between DJ sets and concert format.

Four Years of Techno in Hofwiesenpark
The GEht RAus! Open Air is Gera's premier electronic festival. On Saturday, September 5, 2026, the 4th edition will take place on the Sparkassen-Bühne in Hofwiesenpark Gera — ten hours of international techno and house acts under the open sky, framed by old trees and Gera's natural scenery. The festival has established itself as a key destination for high-caliber club culture in Thuringia in just a few years.
Line-up 2026 — Top Techno from Germany and Austria
The 2026 line-up unites some of the most famous German techno DJs with live acts:
- Chris Liebing — German techno DJ and producer, a formative figure in the international electronic music scene since the early 1990s, founder of the CLR label and pioneer of the «Schranz» sound, known for powerful and energetic sets
- PAN-POT — Berlin techno duo (Tassilo Ippenberger and Thomas Benedix), mainstage acts at festivals worldwide
- Anja Schneider — Berlin DJ icon, founder of Mobilee and Sous Music, one of the most influential voices in the German techno scene
- Henrik Schwarz (Live) — German live set, hybrid tinkerer between house, soul, and classical music
- Komfortrauschen (Live) — Live techno band from Berlin, instrumental rather than DJ set
- Kristin Velvet — Berlin DJ, Visionsquest and Made-In-Berlin resident
- Nina Hepburn — emerging techno DJ
Ten Hours Open Air from Afternoon to Midnight
The festival runs from 2 PM to midnight — compactly concentrated into one day, without overnight logistics but with full festival energy. The Sparkassen-Bühne in Hofwiesenpark offers festival light design, a professional sound system, and an intimate atmosphere for 5,000 to 8,000 guests. Bar and snack stands cater to the dance floor, which transitions from open-air sunshine to evening illumination.
Gera — Otto Dix City and Electronic Meeting Point
The city of Gera (around 92,000 inhabitants) in the state of Thuringia is a district-free city in eastern Thuringia. Known as the birthplace of Otto Dix (landmark: the Otto Dix Birth House), Gera has a long tradition as an industrial and cultural city. The Hofwiesenpark is the city's green lung on the banks of the White Elster river and has been the venue for open-air concerts for years — from wine festivals to classical evenings to the GEht RAus! Open Air. Visitors to the festival should also treat themselves to a visit to the Gera Otto Dix House or the city's Botanical Garden.
