Since the early 2000s, company runs have become an established format bridging popular sports, employee motivation, and corporate representation. The focus is less on athletic performance and more on the shared experience: teams from companies, authorities, and associations compete under their logos, run together, and celebrate afterwards at an After-Run Party.
15 Years of the Zweibrücken Company Run
With its 15th edition on June 17, 2026, the Zweibrücken Company Run is a well-established event with its own brand identity. The organizers are VT Zweibrücken and Volksbank Zweibrücken — a collaboration between the sports and financial sectors that has supported the run for years. Regional sponsors such as Rheinpfalz also participate as media partners.
Route and Schedule
The start is at 6 PM at Schlossplatz. The route covers a roughly 5-kilometer loop through the city center twice — predominantly flat and easy to run. Experienced runners will enjoy it as much as casual athletes who appreciate the experience. Finisher medals will be awarded at the finish line; official timing will take place.
Registration and After-Run Party
Registration is online until June 10, 2026, with a participation fee of 10 Euros per person. After the run, the After-Run Party will take place at Schlossplatz with catering, DJ music, and award ceremonies — an important part of the overall event, transforming the sporting day into a social networking event.
