Celebrating Diversity in Märkisch-Oderland

Rehfelde is located in the Märkisch-Oderland district, east of Berlin and west of the Märkische Schweiz nature park. The municipality — a rural scattered settlement — cultivates an intentionally inclusive neighbourhood festival with the FestivALLE format. The festival name plays on the English word "all" and underscores the message: diversity and community are the central values, the festival is for everyone.

Family and Meeting Centre as the Venue

The Rehfelde Family and Meeting Centre is a municipal facility that provides space for clubs, initiatives, and families throughout the year. During FestivALLE, the centre and its outdoor area become the main stage — with workshops inside and a stage programme and activity booths outside.

Programme of Activities and Performances

The programme is accessible and participatory: live music, dance, workshops for children and adults, food stalls run by local clubs. Themes around inclusion, mutual respect, and active neighbourliness characterise the activities — especially in rural Brandenburg, where the self-image of an open village community does not develop on its own but requires active cultivation.

Organisational Structure
