When the first grapes are harvested and the young wine is fermenting, Herrnhuter Sterne GmbH invites you to its traditional Federweißerfest on the manufactory grounds at Oderwitzer Straße. Federweißer, hearty autumn bread, live music, and the scent of star production in the air — an unusual, charming combination that has made the festival a meeting point for Upper Lusatians and guests from all over Saxony for years.

Music with the Wirtshaus Band

The band «HERR MANNs Wirtshaus-Musik» provides the musical entertainment. Folkloric sounds, Schlager hits, and pub classics accompany the Federweißer tasting. Families are welcome — the festival has a distinctly relaxed, intergenerational character.

Herrnhuter Sterne: A Worldwide Landmark

Herrnhut is famous for its handmade Christmas stars, which have been developed by the Moravian Church community since the 19th century and are now shipped worldwide.
