Overview
The 2025 edition focused on ten Erlangen restaurants, including the then newly opened Restaurant Rosmarin in the Bayerischer Hof, Altstädter Schießhaus, Graue Wolf, and Design Offices. Santiago's Kitchen offered a particularly sought-after culinary journey; Restaurant Rosmarin brought Tuscan flair to Erlangen's old town with guest chef Ina De Santis from Florence.
The five-day Enjoyment Safari opened twelve shops in the city center. The final highlight was the gala evening “Cooking with Friends” on March 22nd, 2025, at Gasthaus Polster in Kosbach, where a prominent television journalist acted as guest chef for one course of the seven-course menu.

March 18 – 22, 2025 – Erlangen Old Town & Kosbach
- Dinner evenings in ten restaurants, including Restaurant Rosmarin (with guest chef Ina De Santis from Florence), Altstädter Schießhaus, Graue Wolf, Design Offices, Santiago's Kitchen.
- Five-day Enjoyment Safari with twelve shops in Erlangen's city center.
