The dm Company Run Südpfalz, presented by the drugstore chain dm-drogerie markt, will celebrate its 11th edition in 2026. Several thousand runners from companies, authorities, clubs, educational institutions, and universities from all over the Südpfalz region will start together on a 5.3-kilometer run through Landau. The organizer is HD Sports Veranstaltungs GmbH, which organizes similar company runs in several German cities.
The Course
The start and finish are located at the Alter Meßplatz in the north of Landau. The 5.3-kilometer course leads through Landau's Reiterwiesen and Eichbornstraße back to the festival grounds. The course is flat, well-signposted, and secured at sufficient points. Colleagues, families, and spectators cheer on the participants at the finish line.
Team Spirit and After-Work Party
The focus is not on chasing times, but on the shared experience. Companies register teams that compete in matching t-shirts – often in their corporate colors and with creative prints. After the run, the Alter Meßplatz transforms into a large open-air party: live music, catering, drink stands, and team rankings round off the evening. The social hours afterward are often just as important as the run itself.
