Underground Metal at the Lake District

Since its first edition in 2023, the Dat Unland Fier Festival has established itself as a meeting point for the North German underground metal scene. The venue is Ferienhof Dinse in Roggentin, a district of the town of Mirow in the Mecklenburg Lake District. With a limit of a maximum of 500 visitors, the festival remains manageable and emphasizes a familiar, personal atmosphere.

Musical Direction

The focus is on Black Metal and adjacent genres of extreme metal. Both established names from the international scene and up-and-coming bands are invited. The festival sees itself as a counterpoint to large open-air events: short distances, fair prices, and a close connection between the audience and the artists.

Camping Included

Camping on the farm premises is included in the festival ticket. Guests spend the weekend directly at the venue, which further enhances the festival character.
