BROILERS Open Air 2026 at Loreley

The Broilers Open Air at Loreley is one of the rock highlights of the 2026 Loreley summer. The Broilers, one of the best-known German-language punk rock bands, return for a major open-air concert at the famous Loreley Open Air Stage, underscoring their status as a fixture in the German rock scene.

The Broilers from Düsseldorf are among Germany's most successful and long-standing punk rock bands. Founded in 1992, they combine traditional punk and Oi! with elements of rock'n'roll, ska, and melodic songwriting. Their albums — from 'Vae Victis' (2007) to 'Santa Muerte' (2011), 'Noir' (2014), 'Sehnsucht nach Krawall' (2017), and 'puro amor' (2021) — have achieved gold status and reached the Top 10 of the German charts. With singer Sammy Amara, the band has a charismatic frontman who also repeatedly takes a stand against right-wing extremism and discrimination on socio-political issues.

As support, Hot Water Music, one of the most influential US post-hardcore and punk bands of the late 1990s and 2000s, will take the stage. The band from Gainesville, Florida, has developed its own unique sound over three decades, blending melodic punk rock with hardcore-influenced songwriting, and enjoys cult status in the international punk scene. The combination of the two bands promises a thrilling punk rock evening that will attract Broilers and Hot Water Music fans from all over Europe.

The Loreley Open Air Stage is an ideal venue for such a rock open-air event. With around 12,000 seats, a multi-tiered rock stage, and its unique location on the Loreley plateau within the UNESCO World Heritage site 'Upper Middle Rhine Valley', it offers the acoustic and atmospheric conditions for a concert of this magnitude. In recent decades, Loreley has hosted open-air gigs by rock legends such as Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, and many others.
