About BRASS ODYSSEY

BRASS ODYSSEY is the anniversary festival of the Berlin brass band Fanfare Gertrude — a three-day brass party over the Whitsun weekend with concerts, parades, and dancing at various Berlin venues. For its 10th anniversary, the collective of about twenty Berlin brass players invites guest bands and friends. Confetti in the bell, glitter in the valves, streamers on the slide — a deliberately over-the-top homage to the Berlin street music tradition.
