In 2025, Fanfare Gertrude again shaped Berlin's brass year with performances on streets, in clubs, and at festivals. The Berlin brass scene continued to grow in the 2025 season, with numerous appearances at the Berlin Brass Festival, the Karneval der Kulturen, and the band's own concerts.
In 2025, Fanfare Gertrude focused on preparing for the 10th-anniversary festival BRASS ODYSSEY in 2026. Concerts by the band at Berlin venues, appearances at local neighborhood festivals, and parades were part of the continuous program. The Berlin brass band scene further consolidated this year as one of Europe's most vibrant brass clusters — Berlin is now one of Europe's most important brass capitals, alongside Belgrade, Marseille, and Krakow.
