About Beda-Kirmes
The Bitburger Kirmes – also known as Beda-Kirmes in connection with the Beda-Markt – is the traditional spring Kirmes (funfair) of the town of Bitburg. It takes place annually in March alongside the large Beda-Markt weekend and complements the market, automotive, and craft offerings with classic folk festival fun.

The Beda-Kirmes has long been operated by the Sonnier showman family. This family business, with a long tradition in the Southern and Western German showman scene, provides a nostalgic Kirmes experience with lovingly maintained rides, carousels, and stalls. Bitburg via the A60 (Bitburg exit). Kirmes at the Beda-Markt grounds in the city center area. Signposted parking lots on the outskirts and in parking garages.

Friday, March 13th, 2026 (day before the Beda-Markt): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Saturday, March 14th, 2026: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Sunday, March 15th, 2026: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
