BallFieber is the big family festival of the town of Bad Neustadt an der Saale, which once a year transforms the market square and adjacent streets of the town center into an open play course. The focus is on fun for children, teenagers, and their parents – all against the backdrop of the historic Lower Franconian district town in the Rhön-Grabfeld district.

Interactive stations beckon throughout the afternoon: a ninja course to burn off energy, football darts, a rodeo to hold on tight, and a games mobile with hands-on games for all ages. HSC Bad Neustadt ensures that future club athletes can also get a direct shot at the goal with a handball activity.

Music for the Little Ones

Program items for families alternate on stage. Tim Mohr fürs Kinderohr and Eichi und der Spaßkoffer bring children's music and interactive shows directly to the town center – a format that has long been a cult favorite in the region.

The second Sunday shopping day of the year takes place parallel to the family festival. The shops in the town center open their doors, and there are also activities such as a Fairtrade stand with information about the production of fairly traded footballs. A raffle rounds off the day.
