BALLER-INA – An East Frisian Insider Tip

Over the past few years, the BALLER-INA Festival has evolved into one of East Frisia's most unique festivals. The 8th edition will take place on June 26, 2026 – on the Blersumer Bolzplatz in the Blersum district of the town of Wittmund. With around 1,000 expected visitors, it is deliberately not a mass festival, but a lovingly curated indie event with a family atmosphere.

The musical profile is diverse: Indie Rock, Pop, Punk, and Electronic – a mix tailored to younger listening habits. The 2026 lineup brings together German bands and acts that are generating attention in the alternative scene:

The festival takes place on a classic village football pitch – a location that provides its own special identity for BALLER-INA.
