NRW's Largest Spirits Fair

On Saturday, October 24th, and Sunday, October 25th, 2026, the Stadthalle Mülheim will transform into the largest Spirits Fair for private customers and the gastronomy sector in North Rhine-Westphalia: AQUAVITAE. Over two days, the most important brands and distilleries from German-speaking countries (and internationally) will be presented — a curated selection that reflects the entire spectrum of high-quality spirits culture.

The offering is programmatically broad:

• Gin — Craft gins, classic brands, regional specialties
• Rum — Caribbean, Latin America, modern craft

Tastings: The Core of the Fair

What distinguishes AQUAVITAE from a pure sales fair are the tastings. Included in the admission price is a nosing glass, with which visitors can sample at the stands. Additionally, there are bookable tastings — guided tastings with master distillers, ambassadors, and experts on specific topics. Recommendation: book early (advance purchase), the good tastings often sell out before the fair begins.
