Anjunadeep — The Label
Founded in the UK in 2005, Anjunadeep is the deep house and melodic techno sister label to Anjunabeats (the better-known trance offshoot, primarily shaped by Above & Beyond). Over the past decade, Anjunadeep has become one of the most influential European labels for emotionally driven, melodic deep house, boasting a global touring program and a loyal fan community across Europe, North America, and Australia.
Ritter Butzke — The Venue
Ritter Butzke, located on Ritterstraße in Kreuzberg, has been one of Berlin's most charming clubs for the deep house and tech house scene since the 2010s. It's a former factory building with a courtyard, multiple floors, good sound, and less of the Berghain strictness — a relaxed entrance and a younger international crowd. Ideal for Anjunadeep: the label doesn't need Berghain mystique, but rather an open, sun-drenched atmosphere.
What Happens on May 23
The daytime open-air starts at 3 PM — before the classic Berlin club opening time of 11 PM. Nine artists will perform over eleven hours across three floors (two outdoor in the courtyard, one indoor):
- Jody Wisternoff — British DJ and producer, a staple artist at Anjunadeep since the 2010s
- Dosem — Spanish producer focusing on techno and melodic house
- Romain Garcia — French newcomer, live performer; his single "Cappadocia" has 40 million streams and gold status
- Kloyd — Canadian producer, live set
- Nicky Elisabeth, Nordfold, Maty Owl, Calcou, Because of Art — additional international acts

What sets Anjunadeep apart: The label does not release set times in advance. "You can find out the exact playtimes on site" — a deliberate decision that emphasizes the festival feeling and promotes the idea of arriving and listening to the entire program.

Anjunadeep Berlin — edition 2026
The 2026 edition brings the Anjunadeep format back to Kreuzberg. Starting at 3 PM — as a daytime open-air that mixes sun and sound from the afternoon into the night. Three floors are spread across the Ritter Butzke courtyard (two outdoor) and one indoor floor — ideal for changing weather conditions.
