The world's largest rolling rally museum: ADAC Eifel Rallye Festival from July 23rd to 25th, 2026 in Daun with over 160 historic vehicles from five decades.
The ADAC Eifel Rallye Festival is more than a motorsport event – it's a pilgrimage site for the international rally community. What began as an ambitious idea in 2010 has developed into one of Europe's most significant classic rally events. Over 160 vehicles, tens of thousands of fans, an entire town in rally fever – for three days, Daun becomes the world capital of historic rally sport.
The highlight of the festival is the participating vehicles. Over 160 rally classics from five decades of rally history are registered – from the first four-wheel-drive cars of the 1970s, through the Group B monsters of the 1980s, to the WRC cars of the late 1990s and 2000s. Audi quattro, Lancia 037, Lancia Delta Integrale, Ford Escort, Porsche 911 RSR, Subaru Impreza, Mitsubishi Lancer – all of rally history rolls through the Vulkaneifel.
Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, is designed as Daun-Town-Day – the town itself becomes the stage:
On Friday and Saturday, participants will compete on historic rally stages through the Eifel. In the service park in Daun, vehicles are serviced before and after the stages – mechanics, tires, catering. Fans can visit the service park freely and experience the atmosphere of authentic rally sport live.
The appeal of the Eifel Rallye Festival extends far beyond Germany. Classic rally fans travel from England, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, and many other countries. Hotels, guesthouses, and restaurants in Daun and the entire Vulkaneifel region have been fully booked for months. The festival is an important tourist and economic highlight for the region.
The organizer is ADAC – one of Germany's most important motorsport associations. The close cooperation with the city of Daun makes the festival possible: road closures, service park logistics, spectator guidance – an event of this complexity requires perfect organization.
The 2026 edition continues the tradition as the world's largest rolling rally museum. With Group B cars and rally classics from various eras, the lineup for 2026 is once again spectacular.
