Large Spring Garden Market in the Zweibrücken Rose Garden
The Zweibrücken Rose Garden – with over 50,000 roses in more than 2,000 varieties, it is one of the most significant rose collections in Europe – offers a unique backdrop for the spring garden market. In June, the roses are in full bloom; the atmosphere combines commercial garden shopping with the aesthetic experience of one of Germany's most beautiful garden landscapes.
More than 70 exhibitors present a wide range of products: plants including roses, perennials, herbs, shrubs, and summer flowers; garden furniture made of wood, metal, and rattan; garden lighting and solar technology; tools and accessories; arts and crafts for the garden and outdoor spaces; as well as books and advice. The selection is aimed at the advanced garden hobbyist as well as the beginner.
Admission to the market is included with the regular entrance fee to the Rose Garden. This seamlessly combines the market experience with a stroll through the blooming rose parterres – a dual offering that attracts thousands of visitors from the entire region annually. Catering stands, a café, and a restaurant in the Rose Garden provide culinary accompaniments.
The market is organized by UBZ Zweibrücken (Umwelt- und Servicebetrieb Zweibrücken – Environmental and Service Company Zweibrücken), which manages the Rose Garden year-round. Vanessa Hübscher is the contact person for exhibitors and stand registrations.
