Overview

In 2025, Kramer Wolf in Falkenberg also followed the rhythm of the Upper Palatinate Zoigl tradition. Around ten service weekends were spread over several months, during which the Fischer family welcomed guests from the region and from afar to the hay barn and Zoigl parlour.

The 2025 season followed the proven Falkenberg rotation principle: the three communal brewers Hafnerkarl, Schwoazhansl, and Kramer Wolf shared the brewing and service calendar, so that a Zoigl star shone in Falkenberg almost every weekend.

At Kramer Wolf, sold-out weekends, cozy gatherings in the parlour, and large family celebrations in the hay barn characterized the season. Classics like snack platters and Saurer Zipfel combined with the freshly brewed Zoigl to create a taste that cannot be industrially reproduced — this is precisely what makes the tradition so appealing.
