Nordwolle – A Historic Venue

The Nordwolle in Delmenhorst was once the largest wool combing mill in Europe. Today, the industrial monument houses apartments, businesses, and cultural venues – including com.media, a modern event space. The fact that a Wolle Festival is held here lends the event a special historical depth.

Yarns, Tools, Inspiration

At the fair, selected exhibitors present high-quality yarns, natural fibers (wool, alpaca, silk, cotton, linen), tools for knitting and crochet projects, embroidery hoops, felting accessories, books with patterns, finished designs, and gift ideas for the handicraft community.

Workshops and Demonstrations

The Wolle Festival is more than just a sales fair: Workshops on knitting and crochet techniques, spinning demonstrations with a spinning wheel, felting courses, and tutorials for beginners make the weekend a place of learning.
