Overview

The 2025 Weinköste Neumünster took place in September at the Teichuferanlagen. Twelve wineries — including Weingut Ochs, Weingut Kiefer, and Weingut Albert Schwaab — presented their wines, complemented by regional culinary delights and live music. The wine mile remained one of Neumünster's most popular city center events in 2025.

The 2025 Weinköste continued its tradition as the most important wine stage in Central Holstein. Twelve wineries from German growing regions — family wineries like Ochs, Kiefer, and Albert Schwaab — stood at the pondside pavilions, presenting their wines directly to visitors. The market was accompanied by cheese, antipasti, tarte flambée, sweet specialties, and a live music stage. On the extended weekend evenings (Friday and Saturday until midnight), the market evolved as usual from an after-work event into a festive summer wine gathering.
