Guided E-Bike wine tour through the Nahe region vineyards with tasting stops (€48.50)
The Weingut Fiehl winery in Bad Kreuznach-Winzenheim offers a special event to kick off the Nahe 2026 season: the E-Bike Wine Tour on Saturday, April 18th, from 1 PM to 6 PM. On e-bikes, participants will journey through the vineyards around Winzenheim and neighboring wine villages, with several tasting stops along the way. It's an active, nature-focused way to discover the Nahe wine region's viticulture – without breaking a sweat.
At €48.50 per person, including e-bike rental (or use your own bike), tour guidance, tastings, and light refreshments, the tour is an all-inclusive package for a maximum of about 15–20 participants. Advance registration is required.
Wine hikes have been an established format in the Naheland for decades. The e-bike version adds a modern element to this repertoire: electric bikes make it easy to navigate even hilly terrain, the range is significantly greater than on foot, and there's still time and energy left to engage deeply with the wine and the landscape.
The tour includes several tasting stops – at Weingut Fiehl itself and/or with neighboring vintners. At each station, wines are presented, vineyard sites are explained, and small snacks are served. This provides a cross-section of the viticultural mosaic around Winzenheim and the northern Bad Kreuznach region.
Weingut Fiehl is a traditional family winery in Winzenheim, specializing in Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. For the season opener, the winery is not just the host but also the tour organizer. The personal guided tour through the wine year and vineyard sites is part of the experience.
Winzenheim is a district of Bad Kreuznach with its own distinct wine profile. The vineyard sites around the village yield elegant, mineral-driven Rieslings and fine Burgundy varieties. The e-bike tour offers an active way to explore this terroir.
