Regional wine and Flammkuchen with live music in the Kurpark — September 11th to 13th, 2026
The Weinfest am Meer is Bad Zwischenahn's wine highlight of late summer. Organized by Bad Zwischenahn Touristik, the event is stylishly staged on the Wandelhallen terrace in the Kurpark: right by the Zwischenahner Meer, with wine stands, Flammkuchen ovens, and live music under the open sky.
The 2026 edition runs from Friday, September 11th, to Sunday, September 13th, 2026. Opening hours:
The gastronomic offerings focus on regional wine from German growing regions — Riesling, Spätburgunder, Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, and more. Accompanied by classic Flammkuchen in several varieties (traditional with bacon and onions, cheese, vegetarian). Other wineries will present sparkling wine, rosé, and cuvées.
The Weinfest am Meer concludes the summer program in the Bad Zwischenahn Kurpark. Following the 'Lichternacht' (Festival of Lights), open-air comedy, and Silent Party, it's the delightful late-summer farewell before the season transitions into autumn.
Wandelhallen-Terrasse, Auf dem Hohen Ufer 24, Kurpark Bad Zwischenahn. Via the A 28 (Zwischenahn exit). Bad Zwischenahn train station is within walking distance.
Free admission. Costs for wine and Flammkuchen vary by stand.
Try various small wine tasting portions instead of a large carafe to experience the diversity. The Sunday Frühschoppen is a premiere in 2026.
