The Rock House Festival has established itself as a compact rock and metal festival in the Cuxland region. The venue is the Dünenfähr festival grounds in the municipality of Loxstedt, south of Bremerhaven. The concept: two days, two stages, fifteen bands — a carefully curated mix of German-language rock, international metal, and punk influences.

The 2026 festival takes place on Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th, 2026. Two stages ensure that music plays almost non-stop — those who don't want to miss a single set should plan carefully.

Loxstedt is a municipality with around 17,000 inhabitants in the Cuxhaven district, located south of Bremerhaven. The rural, dune-rich landscape is well-suited for festivals — ample space, good access to the A 27 motorway, and proximity to Bremerhaven as an overnight and travel hub.
