The Summer-Lounge Bredstedt 2026 runs throughout July on the market square around the Schweinebrunnen. Deck chairs, lounge furniture, a food truck, and a wine bar characterize the daily scene; regional bands play acoustic sets on several Thursday evenings starting at 7 PM. Bredstedt's fourth Summer-Lounge year — an initiative by Stadtmarketing Bredstedt with Kunsteck Bredstedt and the Youth Council. Free admission.

Fourth Season 2026

The Summer-Lounge 2026 is the fourth edition. The format has established itself in Bredstedt: a summer space in the middle of the city, without a fixed fence, without admission, with live music on Thursdays and a food truck/wine bar on the intervening days.

The Summer-Lounge Concept

Since 2023, Stadtmarketing Bredstedt, together with Kunsteck Bredstedt and the Youth Council, has been inviting people to the Summer-Lounge in July. The market square around the Schweinebrunnen is equipped with deck chairs, lounge furniture, and umbrellas. A food truck and wine bar serve on-site. Regional bands play relaxed acoustic sets over several Thursday evenings — pop, rock, singer-songwriter, light cover tunes.
