From March 27th to 29th, 2026, the popular Street Food & Music Festival comes to Münster. Three days of international cuisine, DJ sets, and an open festival atmosphere on the central Schlossplatz — the proven stage for Münster's major events. Free admission. The festival runs under the motto "EAT – DRINK – DANCE" and combines culinary diversity with danceable music — relaxed during the day, with party energy in the evening.

The organizer is JUST Festivals Event Media GmbH from Dortmund — a professional event agency that has established the Street Food & Music Festival format at several German locations. The Münster editions (March and July) have been a must-attend event for years.

Schlossplatz Münster — The Stage

The Schlossplatz in front of the Prince-Bishop's Palace (now the main building of the Westphalian Wilhelms University) is Münster's largest and most prominent festival area. It also hosts the Frühjahrssend, Sommersend, Allerheiligen send, and major open-air concerts. Its central location between the Promenade and the city center makes it easily accessible on foot from the main train station.
