Advent Concert in the Middle of the City Center

The glass roof of Porschestraße connects two areas of the city center and, with its covering, creates an atmosphere that is partly sheltered and partly airy. It is an ideal location for an Advent concert: easily accessible, located in the heart of the pedestrian zone, with connections to surrounding cafés and shops. Anyone who comes to the city on Saturday morning will naturally become part of the audience.

Program

The Stadtwerke Wolfsburg Orchestra will perform an Advent program that combines classic choral arrangements with modern Advent classics and festive brass music pieces. Sing-along classics — from O du fröhliche to Stille Nacht — are typically part of the program.

Benefit for the Bürgerstiftung Wolfsburg

The concert is organized as a benefit event for the Bürgerstiftung Wolfsburg. Donations are accepted on-site. The Bürgerstiftung Wolfsburg supports volunteer projects in the city and promotes social, cultural, and educational initiatives.
