Schweinfurt – Industrial Heritage and Subculture
Schweinfurt, an independent city on the Main river in Bavaria, Unterfranken region, boasts a strong industrial tradition – and a remarkable subculture that has been organizing concerts, festivals, and political initiatives for decades around Stattbahnhof and other self-managed spaces. The Stäbruch Fest is one of the flagships of this scene.

First Two-Day Edition
2026 marks the transition to a two-day festival. The organizers have curated a lineup that covers the Hardcore spectrum, from US headliners and top European acts to the local scene. The extended performance times allow for longer sets and a more relaxed atmosphere compared to compact single-day editions.
After-Show Party
An after-show party kicks off at the Stattbahnhof after the final sets – a tradition to celebrate the shared Hardcore weekend beyond the last notes.

Getting There
Train: Schweinfurt Stadt station on the Würzburg–Bamberg line. The Stattbahnhof is a short walk from the station. Car: A 70 Schweinfurt–Bayreuth or A 71 Erfurt–Schweinfurt, city center parking available.
Age Restrictions
Under 16s only until 10 PM without adult supervision; 16- to 18-year-olds until midnight. Longer stays possible with a signed parental consent form (Muttizettel).
