SnowWorld Bispingen — From Snow Dome to SnowWorld

SnowWorld Bispingen is one of the largest indoor ski halls in Northern Germany. Originally opened as Snow Dome, it is now part of the international SnowWorld group based in the Netherlands. The hall allows for skiing and snowboarding with guaranteed snow conditions year-round. Directly next to the hall is a beer garden, which is particularly used as an event space in the summer.

BBQ Concept

The BBQ & Live Music Evenings are designed as a monthly highlight of the summer months. Every first Friday of the month from May to October 2026, the beer garden is open from the early evening hours. A varied barbecue buffet offers classic BBQ specialties – steaks, sausages, chicken skewers, burgers, grilled cheese, salad bar, corn on the cob, and side dishes. The menu changes from evening to evening and adapts to seasonal availability.

Live Music

The musical program changes from evening to evening. Regional cover bands, singer-songwriters, acoustic duos, or DJs provide the musical accompaniment. Exact acts will be communicated by SnowWorld on the website in due time. The atmosphere is relaxed and appeals to families, couples, and groups of friends alike.

Location and Accessibility

SnowWorld is located on the western outskirts of Bispingen, directly at the A7 junction. It is reachable by car from Hamburg and Hanover in about an hour's drive each. Ample parking directly at the entrance makes arrival easy. By train to Bispingen, then continue by taxi or a short ride.

Bispingen and the Heath

Bispingen is established as a tourist community in the Lüneburger Heide. In addition to SnowWorld and the Lüneburger Heide Wildlife Park, the town offers numerous heathland hotels, guesthouses, and holiday farms. The BBQ evenings complement the summer offerings of the heath region.
