Over 100 years of Schützenverein Lutten
The Schützenverein Lutten of 1906 e.V. looks back on over 120 years of club history. Founded in 1906, the club has survived world wars, social changes, and political upheavals and is today one of the largest associations in the municipality of Goldenstedt. The annual Schützenfest is one of the highlights of the club year and the Goldenstedt event calendar.
Five Companies as Internal Structure
A special feature of the club is its division into five companies: Timpen, Westerlutten, Höven, Osterende, and Dorf Amerbusch. Each company represents a district or neighborhood of Lutten and has its own uniforms, traditions, and meeting points. This internal structure gives the club an extraordinary sense of identity and makes the Schützenfest a living representation of the village topography.
Frühschoppen for Everyone on Monday at 9 AM
A signature tradition is the Frühschoppen on Monday, September 19th from 9 AM in the festival tent. Unlike many clubs, this Frühschoppen is open to everyone — not just members, but all residents of Lutten and guests from the region. This gesture of hospitality makes the Monday Frühschoppen a widely known event throughout the region.
Festival Weekend September 19th to 21st
The festival weekend spans three days: Saturday, September 19th, opening and dance evening; Sunday, September 20th, festival service, parade, king's proclamation, and king's ball; Monday, September 21st, Frühschoppen from 9 AM and a relaxed conclusion.
