St. Hubertus Marksmen's Brotherhood Ermke — Tradition since 1848
The St. Hubertus Marksmen's Brotherhood Ermke was founded in 1848, making it one of the traditional marksmen's brotherhoods in the Oldenburg Münsterland region. The patron saint Hubertus — patron saint of hunters and marksmen — points to the close connection between the marksmen's tradition and Catholic piety. Ermke is one of the districts of the municipality of Molbergen, and the Schützenfest is the highlight of the club's year.

The festival spans three days from Saturday to Monday — a classic format for Münsterland Schützenfeste.
