Three-day beer garden festival in the Schlosspark – 125 years Goldaria Schützen
The Schlossparkfest Schwindegg is one of the best-known beer garden festivals in the Mühldorf am Inn district of Upper Bavaria. The venue is the historic Schlosspark of the market town of Schwindegg, which, with the Schlossberg in the background, forms an unusually romantic festival backdrop.
Since 2017, the festival has had a special feature: the three major local clubs – Goldaria Schützen Schwindegg, Freiwillige Feuerwehr Schwindegg, and Musikkapelle Schwindegg – take turns designing the program day by day. The first day traditionally features shooting club music with competitions, the second day the fire department with a marquee program, and the third day the music band with brass music and a Frühschoppen. The concept distributes the burden of voluntary festival operation among three shoulders and ensures a diverse program.
The 2026 edition runs from Saturday, July 18th, to Monday, July 20th. The focus is on the 125th anniversary of the Goldaria Schützen Schwindegg. For the anniversary edition, the Schützen are planning an expanded program; the Schwindegg fire department officially lists the festival date in its club calendar.
