The Schlossgarten Herrnsheim was designed in the early 19th century based on English models and, with its 10.5 hectares, is one of the largest and most significant landscape gardens in Rhineland-Palatinate. Schloss Herrnsheim as the Centrepiece

The neoclassical Schloss Herrnsheim, which shaped the Heyl family — known as Worms' leather industrialists — from the 19th century onwards, stands at the heart of the estate. The park was initially a private pleasure garden and was later opened to the public. Today, the castle houses the Heyl Library and is available for weddings and cultural events.
