The Bad Rothenfelde Salt Market commemorates the centuries-old importance of salt extraction in the brine spa town. The 2026 edition runs from Thursday, June 4 (Corpus Christi), to Sunday, June 7. The venue is the Old Gradierwerk and the adjacent Brunnenplatz. Over four days, exhibitors will offer a wide range of products, from regional crafts to international market offerings.

The market stalls feature jewelry, leather goods, spices, herbal blends, natural cosmetics, pottery, basket weaving, and unique arts and crafts. Additionally, there are stalls offering regional specialties — from honey to cheese, from sausages to sweets.
