Rodgau – Hesse's Largest Town in the Offenbach District

Rodgau, with around 47,000 inhabitants, is the largest town in the Offenbach district and one of the largest towns in Germany without a central administrative center – it was formed in 1977 from the merger of several independent villages (Jügesheim, Nieder-Roden, Dudenhofen, Weiskirchen, Hainhausen, Rollwald). The central market and festival square is Puiseauxplatz in the Nieder-Roden district, named after its French partner town, Puiseaux.

Three Days of Town Festival 2026

The 2026 town festival runs from Friday, May 23rd to Sunday, May 25th on Puiseauxplatz. As every year, the City of Rodgau organizes the festival together with local clubs – especially the Sportfreunde Rodgau, who operate a large drinks stand and present their activities on Saturday and Sunday.

Boris Meinzer as Opening Act

Opening on Friday, May 23rd, 2026, at 7:30 PM with FFH comedian Boris Meinzer – one of the best-known regional comedians, who has a large fan base in the Rhine-Main area through the radio station HIT RADIO FFH. Admission to the opening is free.

Saturday with "Lieblingsband"

On Saturday, May 24th, the program starts at 2 PM with daytime activities, a children's program, and catering. The musical highlight follows at 7:30 PM: the live band Lieblingsband will perform on stage, ensuring a festive evening.

Sunday with Brunch

On Sunday, May 25th, the program begins at 11 AM with the traditional town festival brunch. Winding down around 3 PM.
