Summer vibes at Breege Harbour

The Breege Harbour on the Wittow peninsula is one of Rügen's prettiest small marinas. On balmy summer evenings, it transforms into an open stage: Under the motto Rock am Hafen, regional musicians perform rock classics, pop hits, oldies, and evergreens — all in a relaxed harbor atmosphere with views of moored sailing yachts and the Breeger Bodden.

Stage, Restaurant, and Harbour Flair

The stage is located in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant »Zum Alten Fischer«, which is responsible for catering with regional cuisine and drinks. Performing artists regularly include cover bands like the duo GO-RE (pop and rock from recent decades) or solo artists like Leif von Stage from Paderborn, who combines singer-songwriter performances with DJ sets. The events take place in a relaxed sequence during the summer, with a focus on the main season.

Breege and Wittow

Breege belongs to the Wittow peninsula in the Vorpommern-Rügen district (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern). With a good 800 inhabitants, the town lives from maritime tourism, the harbor, and the adjacent Juliusruh beach. Rock am Hafen is one of the low-threshold, free events that make the Baltic Sea resort attractive during the main months — ideal for a relaxed summer evening between boat, beer, and music.
