Spring wine bar and courtyard event at Quartier 17.10 Bad Sobernheim as part of the Nahe Season Opener 2026
Bad Sobernheim, picturesquely situated in the Nahe valley, is known not only as a Kneipp spa town but also as a wine-growing region. With Quartier 17.10, the town has a modern, gastronomically focused meeting place in its center, which has been participating in the Nahe Season Opener for several years.
From Thursday, April 16th, to Sunday, April 19th, 2026, Quartier 17.10 will be open daily from 3 PM to 11 PM. The wine bar offers a curated selection from the Nahe wine region – Riesling, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Cuvées – as well as non-alcoholic alternatives, cocktails, and aperitifs. In the open courtyard, a Mediterranean atmosphere will be created in mild spring weather.
Regional snacks will be served with the wines: Flammkuchen from a wood-fired oven, bruschetta, cheese platters with local products, Winzervesper (vintner's snack), vegetarian bowls, and sweet specialties. The offering is intentionally flexible and suitable for both an aperitif and a longer dinner.
The Nahe Season Opener is a joint initiative by numerous wineries, hotels, and gastronomic establishments in the region. The aim is to officially kick off the wine season and offer visitors numerous parallel events over a long weekend – from vineyard festivals and hikes to themed evenings in restaurants.
Over the long weekend of the Nahe Season Opener, Quartier 17.10 becomes a hub for wine lovers, locals, and visitors. The atmosphere shifts from a quiet afternoon in the courtyard to a lively evening with background music and a growing crowd.
The concept is intentionally open: those who just want to try a glass of Riesling are just as welcome as a group settling in for the entire evening program. The wine selection will be adjusted on short notice, highlighting wineries from the immediate vicinity of Bad Sobernheim.
The exact program for 2026 will be published by the organizer in the spring. The structure follows the proven key points of previous years:
Quartier 17.10, Großstraße 17, 55566 Bad Sobernheim. Arrive by car via the B 41 or the A 61 (Bad Sobernheim exit). By train, Bad Sobernheim station is connected to the Bingen–Saarbrücken line.
Thursday, April 16th to Sunday, April 19th, 2026, daily 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
Reservations are recommended in the evenings. The courtyard is usable depending on the weather.
