On both market days, more than 70 professional ceramics workshops from Germany and abroad present their skills. The spectrum ranges from everyday functional ceramics to artistic individual pieces with an artistic claim. Regularly represented ceramicists include established names from the region and all of Germany, as well as international guests.
Enjoyment and Atmosphere

Pottery Market Teterow — edition 2026
The 26th Central Mecklenburg Pottery Market will once again bring together more than 70 ceramics workshops in the mill district of Teterow's old town on the first weekend of August 2026. The entire spectrum of ceramic craftsmanship will be presented – from functional ceramics to artistic individual pieces.
The market will be accompanied by culinary offerings including coffee and cake, hearty grilled specialties, smoked fish, pasta, and ice cream specialties. It is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both days.
