Traditional village festival of the Sensenclub on Pentecost at the Up dem Kampe festival grounds
Wahmbeck is a historically grown district of the municipality of Bodenfelde, located directly on the Weser in the Solling-Vogler Nature Park. The Pfingstfest, organized by the traditional Sensenclub Bodenfelde Solling/Weser, is one of the highlights of the village year and a meeting point for locals, former Wahmbeck residents, and guests from the surrounding area.
The Sensenclub Bodenfelde Solling/Weser is a traditional club that has been shaping social life in Wahmbeck for decades. The Pfingstfest is the club's most important event and an expression of vibrant village life. The voluntary organization, the loving attention to detail, and the family atmosphere characterize the festival.
The venue is the Up dem Kampe festival grounds in Wahmbeck. The manageable area creates an intimate festival atmosphere where contacts are quickly made. Proven classics such as the Pentecost bonfire, communal toasts, traditional music, and a lovingly designed food offering form the core of the festival.
The Pfingstfest in Wahmbeck is part of the rich tradition of Weser riverside village festivals. Pentecost traditionally marks the beginning of the summer festival season in the region, and the festival in Wahmbeck opens this season with a festive start. Anyone who wants to experience an authentic impression of village life in the Weserbergland is in the right place.
The Pfingstfest Wahmbeck 2026 continues the decades-long tradition of the Sensenclub Bodenfelde Solling/Weser. On Pentecost Sunday, the Up dem Kampe festival grounds transform into a lively meeting place.
