20 Years of Pfauenteiche Rocken

Pfauenteiche Rocken was founded in the late 2000s by Schmandrachen e.V. and has evolved over the years into a staple of the Oberharz rock and biker scene. With its 20th edition in 2026 — hence the Roman numeral XX. Pfauenteiche Rocken — the festival celebrates a remarkable anniversary. What began as a small club event has grown into an established open-air festival, yet it has retained its authentic, uncommercial character.

Schmandrachen e.V. — The Organizer

Schmandrachen e.V. is an association that manages the grounds at An den Pfauenteichen 6 in Clausthal-Zellerfeld and organizes events. With Pfauenteiche Rocken, the association has created a festival that centers the values of the biker scene and rock music: freedom, community, authenticity, and a hands-on mentality.

Four Bands on Stage in 2026

The 2026 lineup features four acts presenting a diverse rock program:
