The 8th edition of the Nesselwanger Bergfest will take place on Sunday, July 19, 2026, starting at 10 AM on the Alpspitze above Nesselwang. Organized by Alpspitzbahn Nesselwang, the festival offers live music, regional culinary specialties at the various mountain huts, and an extensive children's program with face painting, bouncy castles, balloon artists, a clown, and treasure hunts. In addition, there will be a craft market, mountain rescue demonstrations, and tours of the AlpspitzCOASTER. The festival takes place in all weather conditions.

Getting There
Nesselwang is located in the Ostallgäu district, accessible via the A7 motorway (Nesselwang exit) and by train (Nesselwang station). The valley station of the Alpspitzbahn is located at Alpspitzweg 5; the festival grounds are on the Alpspitze, accessible by cable car.
Tickets
The summer day ticket for unlimited cable car rides costs 25 euros for adults (17 years and over) and 10 euros for children (6–16 years). The festival takes place in all weather conditions.
