About Motorcycle Jamboree

From July 16th to 19th, 2026, the former military airfield Altes Lager in Niedergörsdorf – about 60 km south of Berlin – will transform for the 34th time into a giant campsite for bikers. The Motorcycle Jamboree is one of the most traditional biker meets in East Germany: four days of Rock Open Air with Oomph!, Krawallbrüder, Unantastbar, My'tallica, Cultus Ferox, Ski's Country Trash, and Velvet Rush, biker games, tattoo contest, bike show, boxing tournament, and a fireworks and laser show to conclude the festival. Thursday, July 16th — from 3:00 PM — Admission and campsite setup, opening concert.
Friday, July 17th — Biker Games during the day, Tattoo Contest, concerts with Krawallbrüder and Cultus Ferox, among others.
Saturday, July 18th — Bike Show with Harley-Davidson, Boxing Tournament, Headliner evening with Oomph! and Unantastbar. Fireworks and Laser Show for the finale.

Getting There

Train: RE3/RE4 Berlin–Jüterbog, then bus line 769 to the stop “Altes Lager, Landebahn”.
Car: A9 exit Niemegk, continue via B102 towards Jüterbog/Niedergörsdorf. Large parking lots on the festival grounds.

The Biker Meet at a Former Military Airfield

Since 1992, thousands of motorcyclists from all over Germany and neighboring countries have been drawn to the former Altes Lager airfield in the Niedergörsdorf district every July. The vast asphalt of the former runways – known as the “XXL Location” – offers space for thousands of bikes, several stages, a spacious camping area, and everything that belongs to a classic biker festival. The Motorcycle Jamboree is one of the oldest and largest biker meets in East Germany.

2026 — The 34th Edition

The 34th edition will take place from Thursday, July 16th, to Sunday, July 19th, 2026. Admission starts at 3 PM on Thursday. The 2026 band lineup is a mix of German rock, metal, folk, and country: Oomph! (pioneers of Neue Deutsche Härte), Krawallbrüder (German punk), Unantastbar (South Tyrolean German rock), My'tallica (Metallica tribute), Cultus Ferox (medieval rock), Ski's Country Trash (country rock), and Velvet Rush, as well as other international rock bands.

Getting to Altes Lager

Altes Lager is a district of Niedergörsdorf in the Teltow-Fläming district, directly on the border with Saxony-Anhalt. The historic Altes Lager airfield was established in the early 20th century, later served as a garrison for the Wehrmacht and the NVA, and today hosts events of all kinds. By train, you can reach Jüterbog (RE3/RE4), from where bus line 769 will take you directly to the festival grounds, stop “Landebahn”.
