Patronal feast and Kirchweih on the last Sunday of August
The Kirchweih festival of the parish of St. Bartholomäus in Gleißenberg coincides with the patronal feast and is traditionally celebrated on the last Sunday of August. The parish church is dedicated to the Apostle Bartholomew; his feast day in the liturgical calendar is August 24th.
