Christmas Market in the Heart of Franconian Switzerland

Hollfeld is located in the Bayreuth district (AGS 09472) in the west of Franconian Switzerland, on the edge of the nature park. The historic market square with St. Mary's Church, St. Mary's Fountain, and baroque townhouses forms the setting for a compact, atmospherically dense Christmas market. Although Hollfeld doesn't quite hold the title of "smallest town in Germany," it positions itself as a small town with significant town rights between Bamberg and Bayreuth.
