Overview
The May Häcke 2025 followed the established rhythm: last week of May, four days from Thursday to Sunday. The focus was on Franconian spring wines, including the typical drops from the Churfranken region – Silvaner, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau, and selected cuvées. The antipasti buffet with Mediterranean and regional specialties rounded off the evening.
As in previous months, the Häcke was attended by regular guests from Amorbach and the surrounding area, as well as by wine lovers from the Bavarian Odenwald and neighboring Hesse. The atmosphere in the Marstall – vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, long tables – traditionally creates a particularly cozy mood.
