The Göllheim Autumn Market traditionally takes place on the 3rd weekend in October and is the autumnal counterpart to the Spring Market in May. Both markets follow the concept of "Joie de Vivre & Artistic Enjoyment" and bring together high-quality exhibitors, culinary offerings, and family entertainment in the Cultural Quarter. The autumn date takes advantage of the last warm October weekends before the cold season begins.

Göllheim Cultural Quarter as a Backdrop

The Cultural Quarter in the Old Town Centre forms the cultural heart of Göllheim and is the venue for many events throughout the year. With its half-timbered houses, cobblestone alleys, and small squares, it creates an authentic, village-like romantic atmosphere that is particularly suitable for a market visit. In October, the autumnal colours of the town trees add to the charm.

Exhibitors and Autumnal Offerings

As with the Spring Market, artisans shape the offerings: jewellery, ceramics, glass, textiles, wood, leather, and more. In autumn, seasonal elements are added: pumpkin decorations, autumnal floristry, autumnal specialities such as Federweißer (new wine), Zwiebelkuchen (onion tart), and chestnuts. Early signs of Advent, such as materials for Advent wreaths, are also offered.
