A Festival Day for the Entire Community
Westerkappeln is located in the northern part of Tecklenburger Land, on the border between the states of Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia. The Community Rifle Festival is one of the few formats where all clubs in the municipality come together for a joint appearance.
