Karneval Pickließem presents two highlights in 2026: On Saturday, February 14th, starting at 8:11 PM, the traditional Narrensitzung (jester's session) will take place in the festival hall, and on Rose Monday, February 16th, the grand parade will march through the village streets — gathering from 1:11 PM, starting at 2:11 PM. The Pickließem Carnival Club organizes both events with great volunteer commitment, bringing together carnival enthusiasts from the entire Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm into the tranquil village.

Pickließem belongs to the Bitburger Land municipality and maintains a vibrant Eifel Fastnacht (Carnival) tradition with all the elements characteristic of the region.

Narrensitzung on Carnival Saturday

The Narrensitzung on Saturday, February 14th, 2026, at 8:11 PM, is a classic Eifel carnival session. In the festival hall, speeches (Bütt), dance performances, show acts, and solo performances are presented.
