Garden festival in the spa park of Hardegsen Castle with over 100 exhibitors
The Gartenfestival LebensLust Hardegsen combines a passion for gardens, outdoor living, and arts and crafts with one of the most beautiful castle backdrops in Southern Lower Saxony. The spa park of Hardegsen Castle offers ample space for over a hundred exhibitors, who travel from all over Germany to present their products and concepts.
The offerings range from high-quality garden tools and furniture to outdoor living concepts for terraces and gardens, artistically designed decorative objects, garden sculptures, plants of all kinds, herbs and perennials, to arts and crafts, outdoor fashion, and culinary specialties. The exhibitors are carefully curated to ensure a consistent level of quality across all stalls.
An important part of the festival is the gastronomic offering. Food trucks, regional caterers, and specialty vendors ensure that visiting the festival becomes a culinary experience. Outdoor bistro seating invites visitors to linger – the festival atmosphere clearly distinguishes the event from traditional garden fairs.
The festival is designed to be family-friendly. Play areas for children, well-maintained paths suitable for strollers, shady spots under the old trees of the spa park, and plenty of seating make for a relaxed day trip possible.
Hardegsen Castle dates back to the 12th century and is one of the significant medieval castle complexes in the Solling-Weser foothills. The surrounding spa park with its old trees provides the ideal backdrop for a garden festival dedicated to the connection between people and nature.
The 2026 edition of the Gartenfestival LebensLust Hardegsen continues the success story of one of Southern Lower Saxony's most beautiful garden fairs. Three days of festival atmosphere in the spa park of the historic Hardegsen Castle await visitors.
Those seeking inspiration for their own garden or simply wanting to spend a relaxing day outdoors will find it here.
