Local Context
Rügen is Germany's largest island and belongs to the Vorpommern-Rügen district. La Grange e.V. has been working for years to establish an independent cultural infrastructure on the island — with concert formats, exhibitions, artist-in-residence programs, workshops, and a gallery. The Fette Ente is one of the central festivals of the association's year and consciously positions itself between the island's audience and guests traveling from further afield.

From September 18 to 19, 2026, La Grange e.V. invites you to the Fette Ente im Krokoteich at its grounds at Gingster Chaussee 6 in Bergen auf Rügen. Two festival days will bring together live acts from rock, punk, hardcore, and electronics in the workshop hall and the outdoor area; DJ sets will extend the program into the night. The festival is accompanied by readings, workshops, and political-cultural formats that shape La Grange's profile as a cultural association. Organized in cooperation with Pop-KW.

- Friday, September 18, 2026 — Opening evening with live acts in the workshop hall, followed by DJ sets
- Saturday, September 19, 2026 — Main festival day with bands on the main stage and side events, accompanying workshops, readings, and political-cultural contributions, DJ sets late into the night
Program focus: Rock, Punk, Hardcore, Electronics, Subculture. The full band list will be gradually announced on la-grange.de and via La Grange's channels in the weeks before the festival — the festival features a lineup that combines current off-scene acts with established independent bands.
