Am Mellensee is a municipality in the Teltow-Fläming district, located south of Berlin, in the hilly lake landscape of the Fläming. Several districts (including Klausdorf, Saalow, Schöneweide, Sperenberg) form the municipality, embedded in an attractive Brandenburg recreational area with lakes, forests, and small villages. Club life here – as in many Brandenburg municipalities – is the central driving force of public life.

proMellensee e.V.

proMellensee e.V. is a local club dedicated to community life. The annual Familien- und Sommerfest is one of its central public events, and the club uses it to bring together the different generations of the community. The festival is specifically designed to be family-friendly — games for children, hands-on activities, a manageable stage program, and catering organized by the club characterize the day.
